Blue Is Back!
For those of us who were around in the 1980's, do you remember when everything was decorated with Blue and Pink - or some shade of these two colors together. Well guess what, Blue is back!
Not just the dusty blue so popular back then, ANY Blue. Do you want a bold new look? Try a bright blue. In a nautical themed room you might try good ol' navy on at least one wall.
You can even try a couple of different shades. A nice combination of Shale Grey and Horizon Blue might help that all white kitchen with stainless steel appliances really pop.
Want something more subtle? How about a club soda colored ceiling? That's right ceilings deserve a little color too.
Go ahead and experiment and choose the color blue right for you.
What if you want to sell and use a trendy color? KEEP IT SUBTLE! While you might like the bold new statement the buyer may not. Bold colors signify extra painting time - even with the new paints with primer built in them. Buyers to not want more work than moving into their new home.
